We support you in establishing organisation-wide conflict management processes and in creating the necessary structures.
Together with you, we define the process of how conflicts are to be addressed and who in the company is to be trained as the first point of contact for conflict resolution, as facilitator or mediators.
We train conflict contact persons (simple team members who are regarded as the first point of contact in conflicts) and train facilitators for the handling of moderately severe conflicts in limited areas. Together with your Organisational Development Department we establish solution-focused, systemic conflict resolution strategies in the company.
We provide our expertise as conflict managers and facilitators of conflict resolution workshops or mediation of conflicts and help to pacify acute, highly escalated situations.
